You have read enough on Foundations in Panama and up to here you have an ample knowledge. As follows, we will give you some tips that we have already mentioned and that you must remember when establishing your Foundation:

1. Name of the Foundation: the name of the foundation can be in any language and must include the word: Fundación or Foundation.

OPTION 1:

SECRETARY - natural person from our staff

TREASURER - natural person from our staff

OPTION 2:

PRESIDENT - legal person

SECRETARY - legal person

TREASURER - legal person - legal person means another Corporation. Example: President, S.A.; Secretary, S.A.; Treasurer, S.A.

 OPTION 3:

PRESIDENT - natural person named by you

SECRETARY - natural person named by you

TREASURER - natural person named by you

Remember that if you want anonymity, we recommend you options 1 and 2.

3. Beneficiaries: these are those that indicate who the owners of the foundation are and are described on a Private Document or in the By-laws of the Foundation or a Letter of Declaration of Will.

4. Protector: controls the foundation, is named by the Council Members and is described on a Private Document or in the By-laws of the Foundation or a Letter of Declaration of Will.
